1. Robo race event was organized by Mech. Engg. Dept. on 30^th March 2009, to showcase the talent of the students. Prof. Phate was the in charge of the event.

2. 14^th foundation day of Engg. Education foundation & 2^nd foundation day of Pune Consortium of Engg. Colleges & Polytechnics was celebrated on 27^th April 2009.

3. National Science day was celebrated by General Science dept. on 28^th march 2009. Mr. Uday Deshpande, Prof. & Head, School of Biotechnology, I2IT was the Chief Guest.

4. The student chapter of Computer Society of India was inaugurated on 17^th Jan. 2009, Mr. Monish Darda, BMC software delivered a Guest Lecture on JAWA Servlets for T.E. Comp. & IT students.

5. Electronics & telecommunication dept & Agilent technologies conducted a 1 day workshop on Agilent multipurpose Lab station on 4^th Feb 2009.

6.  Department of Information Technology conducted a one day Workshop on 'F.E. Online Training Program' on Jan-02-2009.
