ENSEMBLE'11
To provide platform, to exihibit hidden talents in the students, to bring all students and staff together, to celebrate unity, MMCOE celebrated "ENSEMBLE'11" Annual Social Gathering. From 17th Feb. 2011 to 18th Feb. 2011. Students from each branch participated actively.
Various activities were held and celebrated on a grand scale. All the activities were performed in the atmosphere of friendliness, co-operation and unity.
To help and work for every activity of the Annual Social Gathering, Mr. Aadiethya Rajguru was the Cultural secretary of the student's council.
The sports were started from 07/02/2011. Sports week involves various sports such as cricket, chess, carom, badminton, table tennis, tug of war, football etc. All the staff members and students worked hard to make the sports week a successful one.
The cultural competitions were conducted by student coordinators from 11/02/10 to 17/02/10. A musical chair program was held for the staff. The management trustees and faculty members together enjoyed the event.The cultural competitions included with staff and students antakshari,, Spirit India, T-Shirt painting, Face Painting, Treasure Hunt rangoli competition, Mehandi competition,Cricket & Bollywood Quiz. All the students and staff enjoyed the delicious dinner on 18th Feb. 2011.
The Funfair was inaugurated on 17th Feb. 2011 at 10.30 am at the hands of Hon'ble Principal Dr. Arun N. Gaikwad. Funfair was organized by setting up of food & games stalls by the students. Students have enjoyed the entrepreneurship quality throuth this funfair
The Prize distribution ceremony was inaugurated at the hands of Chief Guest Dr. Ajay Ojha, Technical advisor, Technogreen Environmental Solutions, Pune. In his speech, he congratulated students for active participation and encouraged them for proportionate ration between cultutal & Academic activities. He enlightened the students on the current environmental situation and related issues and provided enough thought for the young and enterprising generation to work upon the same. The Guest of Honour, Dr A S Padalkar, Principal, Sinhgad College Of Engineering, appreciated the success of students and advised them about the career opportunities. Prizes for excelling in academics, various Co-curricular & Extra Curricular activities were given at the hands of the chief guest, Guest of Honor, and Principal. Prof. Naim Shaikh was the Chairman & Prof. D. K. Chavan was the Vice Chairman of ENSEMBLE'11. The 'Best Outgoing Student' from each department was felicitated at the hands of Vice Principal, Prof S N Satpute.
Ensemble'11 proved to be exemplary in showcasing the zenith of success achieved as a result of advance detailed planning, team work and coordination among all concerned. Constant support and encouragement from Hon'ble Prin. B.G.Jadhav and Hon'ble Principal Dr. Arun N. Gaikwad and efforts of all the H.O.D, teaching and non- teaching staff, students made the event a grand success.
