About  Electronics and Telecommunication Department

The department was started in the academic year 2006-2007 with Basic Electronics Engineering Laboratory.

Curricular activities

E & TC Department consists  of a team of hard working ,competent and devoted  teaching and supporting staff  and well equipped laboratories .Whole team motivates students to improve their performance. This is possible by lot of efforts and deep involvement of each and every human resource in the department.

Class teacher and three  more faculty members look after the class as guardians to monitor the attendance and to solve academic & non academic problems of students. Parents of absent students who do not obtain permission from respective teacher guardian are contacted on telephone.  Also parents are informed about the performance and overall attendance of their ward via letters. The system of taking written permission for their leave  in case of unavoidable situations has been successfully implemented. Two tests are conducted in each semester followed by repeat tests for improvement. Personal attention is given to each and every student in the class. Individual parent meetings are organized once in semester for all students.

The students have access to e-learning portal of the College during college hours. Soft copies of course work, university question papers, e-books related to the subject, co-curricular information etc. are made available on the portal as well as in the library.

Co-curricular activities

For the overall development of the student, guest and expert lectures on various topics in  and around the curriculum  are arranged from time to time. Our students participate in competitions like Paper presentation , Robotics , Circuit Design , C Programming  conducted at various colleges .

Extra-curricular activities

Our students participate in Cultural Intercollegiate  events like  Purushottam Karandak, Pu. La. Karandak, Firodia, Verve, Youthopia . They are also interested in playing in sports tournaments as  Zest, Summit  etc. organized by various colleges and are performing very well.
