Library
The Central Library of Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering was established in 2006. The main objective of Central Library is to support the educational and research programmes of the Institute by providing physical and intellectual access to information, consistent with the present & the anticipated educational and research functions of the institute.
The Central Library consists of Reference Section, Journal Section, Reading Hall, Stack-Room and Digital Library. The Library has unique collection of Encyclopedia, Handbooks, Textbooks, Journals, CD's / DVD's etc.
The Library uses e-granthalya software. This software consists various modules like Admin, Book Acquisitions, Cataloguing, Circulation, Serials, Articles, Budgets and OPAC etc.
SALIENT FEATURES OF LIBRARY:
1. Open Access System for all Students and Staff.
2. Multimedia - Audio Video Facility.
3. Membership of I.I.T. Library - Mumbai, Jaykar Library - University of Pune,
British Library, Pune, A.R.A.I. Library, Pune.
4.On Line - IEEE-Journals Facility.
The IEEE Electronic Library provides the almost one third of the world's current electrical engineering and computer science literature, providing unparalleled access to publications from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. The resource covers more than 12,60,866 documents from over 12,000 publications, including 241 journals, transactions, conference proceedings, IEEE Standards. More than 25,000 new pages are added per month. It provides access to more than two million full-page PDF images, including all original charts, graphs, diagrams, photographs, and illustrative material. Back-files: 1988 onwards plus select legacy content dating back to 1950.
