Engineering is the science and art of applying scientific and mathematical principles, experience, judgment and common sense to design things that benefit society and is the practical application of science to understand the physical world and develop creative solutions to society's complex needs.

Engineers may be designers, planners, managers, analysts, researchers, consultants, sales specialists and many more. They are fascinated by questions of how and why things work. Engineering graduates find that they have many career possibilities open to them. From the start to the end of each day, engineering technologies improve the ways that we communicate, work, travel, stay healthy and entertain ourselves.

Students who get admitted to MMCOE are run through engineering practices. Apart from academics, the aim of MMCOE is to mould and shape students to understand and appreciate the world so that they can stand up to this era of competition and challenges.
