  • Career Counselling Sessions:

A large majority of the students who have opted for MBA do not have prior industry experience; have often preconceived & unreasonable notions about both, the industry & themselves. CRD takes conscious efforts for giving right career counseling to students which helps them in achieving their coveted career goals. These counseling sessions are conducted by the CRD through the in-house counselors as well as industry experts. Flowing is the account of such sessions arranged by the CRD during the academic year 2018 - 19:

  • Specialization Choice Series:

CRD conducts the specialization choice sessions by inviting renowned and accomplished industry experts. These sessions are organized to develop insights on -

  1. the opportunities that exists in a particular functional area of management
  2. the attributes required to be successful in that functional area
  3. the expectations of industry from management students in general
  4. the future growth potential in each function
  5. the professional / add-on certifications required if any
  6. the sector specific nuances of careers
  7. indicative companies & packages where opportunities currently exist
  8. lateral movement opportunities & growth path
